When Ministry of Agriculture launched its tag Pertanian Adalah Perniagaan, it is well understood that the government has put their serious attention to this sector hoping that it could increased economic growth while at the same time reduce poverty level. Taking this situation seriously, we, as one of the leading company that supply agricultural machinery are very committed to provide our customer with a high quality product at a reasonable price. 1
Agro m a c h i n e r y Realizing that the agricultural sector is a worth while to be involved, we are committed to provide our customer with all those agricultural products required. To improve agricultural industry, we provide tractors, brush cutters, paddy transplanters for the ease of paddy planting. We also supply pump set, air compressor, and mist duster for the industrial use. But we dont just supply the product; we also provide our customer with after sales parts service as well as maintenance support made available all the times, and any where required. 2
Food p r o c e s s i n g 3 When Hari Raya, people usually look for traditional dishes such as dodol, a sweat cake made from mixture of glutinous rice as main ingredient. Took hours to cook, required many people to stir the mixture continuously in high-hot temperature. That if using manual technique in back few years. On these days, using dodol mixture machine, dodol is produced in short hours; required less people to handle it yet produce the same result as by manual technique. We provide our customer with variety of food processing product. Ranging from slicing, grinding, mincing, mixing, cooking, steaming, and up to sealing machine which available to customer to choose from.
Service, Spare parts & ASSEMBLE Besides supplying product to our customers, we also committed to give our value customers with the best services they can get. Service provided involving assemble spare parts, wiring, repair as well as after sales services. Our services not only covered dining womanly period, but it can be extended outside the farm. Our customers can come to our workshop or we can send our mechanics to give on site services. We also provide our customer with genuine high quality spare parts. 4

Activity When our customer bought a new tractor from us, and since they have no experience on handling the machines, theyll ask if we can do something to overcome the situation. As to give our full commitment to our customer, we told them that we can provide them with a short course to teach them how to handle the machine. Then we set up a date and send our staff to conduct the course. Apart from course, we also took part in several exhibitions that related to agriculture industries. Take MAHA exhibition as an example. From it we are able to get an opportunity to promote our product to the visitor and at the same time introduce our company to them. 6

Being a dealer for KUBOTA product in Malaysia, we were committed to provide our customer with high quality product and maintenance support. MINDA AGRIMACHINERYS headquarters are located in Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu Kelantan. With two branches; Puchong and Kuantan, MINDA hope that we could widespread our business wing to cover more area and customer. Starting with agriculture machineries, now our business expanded into supply more products, from food processing to spare parts as well maintenance support. 7
