Exotic fruits and vegetables

Daily consumption of fruits and vegetables ...health oasis.
Exotic fruits and vegetables are quite numerous, many still unknown to us.
Exotic Fruits: Exotic fruits had up to ten times more nutrients, than local fruits. Among these
"health bombs", it include fruits:Litchi,Kaki,Guava,Goji,Fico,Salak,Nashi,Babaco,Limeta,Pytania.
Litchi: Litchi is a fruit brought from Asia, also called and Chinese peanut.It is used in cooking,
as an ornamental plant, but has and therapeutic role. Litchi contains vitamin C, helping the body to
fight infection, contribute to strengthening the bones and promotes the absorption of iron.
Fico: is a fruit tree, native of West Asia. The fruit is very rich in calcium, reason why it they used to
produce milk for children.
Lime: lime is commonly known as Mexican lemon, but unlike lemon, contains twice as much
juice. It contains potassium, magnesium, calcium. About peptin from fruit pulp ,it is beneficial in
reducing cholesterol levels and volatile oil..
Exotic vedetables: Considered largely exaggerated, as exotic vegetables - artichokes, fennel,
sweet potatoes, asparagus etc.- deserve trying, on row, for their special taste and intake from
vitamins and nutrients, brought the body.
The artichoke is a vegetable that grows well in the Mediterranean. Artichoke is sweet ,with
aroma and tasting nutty. It is rich in healthy fats have antimicrobial effect and helps liver functioning.
It is easily digestible and highly palatable. It oxidizes easily, so after it was cleaned, it should be
kept in water until it is prepared.
Fennel is a Mediterranean plant. The leaves are good in salads, for delicate taste from
amason, and bulb is very tasty cooked or fried.
Asparagus is a luxury vegetable. Asparagus is a root ,witch have a special taste, that brings
with vague taste from cauliflower. It was first used in Chinese cuisine. There are several varieties
from asparagus, the green is cheaper, less flavorful, although very palatable. White asparagus is
delicious with totally special, but also very expensive.
Continuing like this, every exotic fruit and vegetables brings beneficial to human body.
