- 2. This tool is designed to address the world of online markets where doing a thorough research is very important. This tool will gather related keywords based on a few general terms and then has the ability to analyze the searching data for every one of them.
- 3. The team consists of only 5 individuals with competent skills. They are grouped to work with certain tasks. Members Roles: Leader: Robert Analyst: Claudiu Coders: Robert, Claudiu, Alex, Roxana Webmaster: George
- 4. Usual payment per working hour: Leader: $25/h ; 30$/h overtime Analyst/Coders/Testers: $12/h; 17$/h overtime Material resources: 4 Above Average PCs (quad core, 4+ GB RAM) Visual Studio 2010 Hosting resources The main goal is to finish all tasks with as less overtime as possible.

- 12. One of the main risks is going into overtime. It will increase the final costs of the development. The second risk is not achieving deadlines for linked tasks. This will further more post-pone the release and will greatly increase the costs of the project
- 13. Using a software tool like Microsoft Project can be proved beneficial to the finalization of the project. We managed to calculate the total costs and we reduced the time needed by intelligently group the human resources into multitasking. Easier to make modifications to the project plan when using this system.
