The document discusses 11 lessons learned from the U.S. Navy SEALs that can be applied to project management. It describes how the SEALs operate in small teams with specialized roles. The lessons include having a clear mission and target, forming a diverse team, planning for expected and unexpected events, emphasizing teamwork, allowing specialists to lead, using checkpoints to debrief and adjust plans, maintaining focus, being patient, helping others, and celebrating both wins and near wins. A bonus section notes how new generations are already familiar with these concepts from role-playing games.
