                       EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This study is done to know about the organized ELECTRONICS industry in India. In this research our main
focus is to know about consumer preference and their satisfaction level towards the TELECOM SECTOR

Telecom sector is fastest growing in India in todays scenario. It also gives employment to India and also
contributes a lot to GDP of India.

This research is carried out with the help of questionnaire which provides a lot of information. The main
focus is on product mix and promotion mix that is used by the retailers.

While Indian consumers are becoming more discerning, India is increasingly becoming the destination
for almost all world renowned brands. The future for retailing in India lies in favorable foreign direct
investment regulations and strong infrastructural support.
