By the January 15 meeting, the following items will be completed: a final contract, a launch plan, setting a start date for Roger, proposing office space, updating on new contributors, proposing when to establish the non-profit, and proposing a launch date of February 5. The goals for the first 90 days after launch include: completing and getting approval for a 2014 work plan, successful press roll-out in local media, introductory meetings with city officials, convening meetings on microhousing legislation, proposing and implementing surveys on housing issues in Seattle.
