OBJECTIVES Aim of the project: 1. Understanding the needs of the orphanage and provide an architectural solution. 2. Developing relevant communication skills towards the individuals in Rumah Amal Cahaya, and making contribution to the organization. 3. Providing a space for the children to store their bicycles and other valuables. 4. Develop a strong sense of responsibility in the children of Rumah Amal Cahaya.
VALUES 1. To deliver good reputation by focusing on achieving real and positive outcomes in communities. 2. A platform to give back to community by providing a better environment using the knowledge and understanding regarding architecture.
SITE Current bicycle rack on site. No proper shelter
CASE STUDY DIY Bike and Scooter Rack by Amy 1. Enable to minimize the space needed to store the bicycles and scooters. 2. Designated slots for easy access of children. 3. Providing opportunity for children to learn organizing their items.

PROPOSED IDEA Bicycle rack || storage shelter SPATIAL DESIGN A multifunctional sheltered bicycle and scooter rack to protect their item from bad weathering as the current rack is exposing the bicycles toward the harsh climate. At the same time to also incorporate vertical storage for tools and toys used for outdoor activities. Hanging plants draping from the beams provide shade while also beautify the structure aesthetically, hence children are more engage toward the structure.
