Sofia is a talented graduating student with a master's degree from a top business school in France and experience in digital companies. However, she lacks information about career opportunities in fields like digital media and social business and may choose a conventional job out of uncertainty.
Two prototype ideas were proposed to address this problem. The first was a grant system to fund internships for students at social and digital startups, which would benefit both students and resource-constrained startups. The second was a crowdsourced website detailing jobs, opportunities, and career examples in social and digital fields to help connect students and startups.
Feedback noted the benefits of both ideas in opening minds and facilitating communication, but improvements were needed around long

Questions:
*Is volunteer monitoring possible?
*Who is financing the website?
Ideas:
*Create the website within an
existing structure (public agency

4. Personal reflexions
What I have learnt?
Prototyping is not so easy, you really have to dive in the project
to think first about the global system and then about all the
details because thats where people are going to ask questions.
Talking with people is essential as they ask questions that you
wouldnt have thought of.
Prototyping is an art, because you need to find the right
balance between building a useful prototype to learn staying
simple and quick.
To start prototyping is essential to gain time, otherwise you can
stay a long time thinking and studying what you are going to do
without doing anything
How to pursue these projects?
Continuing meeting people and talking about these ideas all
the time to keep on improving the idea.
How to start a real prototype? Difficult because we need time
for that The Idea 2 is maybe easier to put in practice in a easy
way, starting with a blog for instance.
