Production to check the availability of genset.

OEM Executive / Back Office Staff
Scope:
Information of genset available in the stock of oem
Process (Source of information/Contents/Formats/Checklists :
Procedure –
1. As soon as the oem get the new p.o in place of reject p.o the oem moves to the next
process
2. In the next process the oem will click on the stock section.
3. On clicking on the stock section a window will appear which display 4 subsection-
(A)Inward stock- in this oem check that how many engine model is present in its stock
And which engine model is not in their stock and required by the dealer. so that he can
place the order to Mahindra to send the required one.
(B) Additional stock- It shoes that what is additional in the oem stock, it can be the
engine no or altenator, control panel, battery, controller.
(C) Check dispatch- it shows the items dispatch by the Mahindra Powerol to the oem for
manufacturing the genset as per the requirement.
(D)Stock out- It shows the stock that is out in a manual form means if any sale is return
back or the genset is stolen ,or the genset got damaged or the replacement of the
genset.
4. If the oem doesn’t have any item that is required in the required engine model by the
dealer then oem will have to raised a p.o to the Mahindra for the requirement of that
particular item for the engine model.
5. Mahindra will dispatch the required item to the oem as they will received the p.o and the
oem will start process of completing the genset
