This document provides instructions for several emotional and creative activities: 1. Groups will create sculptures of deserted islands using tape and found objects to represent what they need to survive, then present their islands. 2. Participants will create a "feelings wheel" by writing feelings on one side of paper divided in half and drawing a circle to divide according to percentages of how much they feel each emotion. 3. Students will share about their feelings wheels and what they learned about themselves. 4.
