Pundit is a semantic web annotation tool that allows users to annotate fragments of text and images on web pages. It supports creating structured annotations using semantic triples and reusing items and vocabularies. Annotations can be created across pages and consumed to enrich search and discovery in digital libraries. The tool is being developed through several EU projects and provides a client-server system with user login and permissions.
