Training department has organized and delivered
6276 man-hour trainings in 6 operating regions.
Figure 1 shows the man-hour trainings for each
training module.

Needed to say that the only training module which
is completed is Basic Selling Skills and the other
programs are still being run for different areas in
the operating regions.
Regarding the continuous training and em-
ployee development programs in
Khoshgovar company, Human Resources
department has succeeded delivering num-
ber of training programs which can increase
efficiency of the sales personnel, and in the
end facilitate the company to achieve their
long-term objectives.
HR department developed and delivered
five training modules from October 19th,08
to February 28th,09.These modules include
Product Knowledge, Merchandising (for
sales team), Basic Selling Skills, Merchan-
dising (for delivery team), Behavior Towards
Customers.
The objective of HR department is to design
an interactive learning environment. HR has
achieved this through designing short time
workshops.

Participants feedback
HR department developed and implemented a
participants’ feedback system which evalu-
ates participants understanding of the quality
of the trainings. Figure 2 shows participants’
view of the trainings.
