9. STEP-BY-STEP
1, Prepare all ingredients (eggyolk, oil,
lemon juice/ vinegar salt and pepper to
taste.
2. Beat eggyolk and slowly add the oil, in
tiny drops.
3. Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
4. Keep beating until the oil mix with the
eggyolk.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
