From survey results, the creator of a new music magazine learned: - The target audience was evenly split between male and female. - Pop music was the most popular genre. - "Hitz!" was the preferred name choice for the magazine. - Artists like Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift had the most star appeal. - Pink and blue were favored color scheme options. - Focusing on star profiles and interviews would best converge interests.

Music Magazine – Questionnaire Results 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 Male Female Gender Gender As my results were 50% male and 50% female I knew what my target audience would be, so I made my music magazine for both males and females. I then knew that both genders would be interested in my magazine and I would be able to see what the differences would be between the two genders and how I could appeal to both.

I tried to choose names that went with my genre so then it would appeal to my target audience more. This then helped me determine what stars would be included in my cover stories as this would be an aspect which would make people want to buy my magazine.

I focused more on the star appeal that I would be using in the cover stories and magazine as this was the popular choice with the target audience.
