Two teenage girls discuss their plans to go out on Friday night with one of their cousin's who is only 16 but has a fake ID to get into bars. An upcoming documentary on ITV2 called Happy Hour will investigate underage drinking in the UK and include expert opinions on the topic. The documentary will air on Monday, January 27th at 7:30pm on ITV2.
