Pvt. Ltd, PATPARGANJ, Delhi. (An authorized SIEMENS system house) as an Assistant Manager, Commissioning PLC, SCADA, HMI department from Feb.2008 to March 2011. LTD.BHIWADI (RAJASTHAN) Features: Stainless steel rewinding line. USS communication with UNCOILER & RECOILER DC drives PLC S7-200 & an operating panel TD200C. Project: K.R. PULP & PAPERS LTD, 700 MPM LINE (SHAHJAHANPUR) (U.P.) Features: Commissioned with CPU S7-315-PN DP, 44 sectional drives SINAMICS, 6 TOUCH PANELS as HMI & one Engineering station with WinCC as SCADA & SIMATIC MANAGER as PLC software. Communication Protocol: Ethernet & Profibus. Project: ABC PAPERS LTD. (HOSHIARPUR) 900 MPM LINE Features: Commissioning has been done with SIEMENS S7-400 CPU, 2 engineering stations with WinCC as SCADA & SIMATIC MANAGER as PLC software, 6 TOUCH PANELS & 22 DRIVES. Communication Protocol: Profibus, Ethernet & peer to peer. Project: CUT TO LENGTH (CTL) BHUSHAN POWER & STEEL, CHANDIGARH. Features: CTL/CUT TO LENGTH is a machine for cutting of metal sheets i.e. steel, with fine mm length. Machine was comprises of 4 drives on uncoiler, leveller, feed roll & conveyor, S7-300 CPU, OP177B operating panel. Project: PAHARPUR-3P DECHROME/DEGREASING MACHINE. Features: The machine is comprises of many pneumatic valves, pumps, drive to run Motor, HMI, high current (900A) rectifier, level sensors etc. A high current of approx. 900A dechromes or degreases layer of chromium & grease from the cylinder when it rolls in a pool of solution. The project was commissioned with PLC S7200, TD200 operating panel.
- 3. Project: KTSN GERMANY GLOVE BOX TESTING MACHINE MINDA CORPORATION NOIDA Features: The machine was made to test car glove box components. Machine was comprises of different optical, proximity sensors, 4 pneumatic cylinders, Automatic test marker etc. The project was totally plc based using CPU S7-200 (SIEMENS) & TD200C operating panel. Project: PROPERZI#4 HINDALCO ADITYA BIRLA GROUP (Renukoot, U.P.) Features: Machine was having 4 motors i.e. mill motor, coiler north & south, casting wheel. It is a process of making initial metal rod (aluminium 9.5 to 15 mm dia) continuously casted and coiled with these four motor wheels, which is further used for making cables. The project includes total commissioning of plant with PLC S7-300/DRIVES DC MASTER programming & HMI Multi Panel MP277 10 touch.
