Project 1: Retail Logistics and Transformation Program Currently working as Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management Technical/Functional Consultant under UK based telecom clients RLTP at client location (UK) where I have to handle daily operations and modifications in the product. Retail and Logistics Transformation Program (RLTP) is a business transformation program that aims to transform the customer experience in Retail and Distribution by enabling a true cross-channel experience for customers and provision of an integrated inventory forecasting and distribution solution across all channels, including indirect. Responsibilities: - Development and Delivery of Oracle Retail suite of product (ORSIM) as per customer expected changes and handle new requirements as well. Technical Hands-on Expertise to work in conjunction with the team to deliver customer requirements (technical/functional requirements). Attend various customer meetings to finalize requirements and the design of the "to-be" solution. Preparing the design documents as per the new requirements. Analyzing, debugging the code and implement new features/ modifications. Day to day operations handling and triaging the issues if encountered in ORSIM to keep the stock level correct. Part of requirement gathering for the customization, design and analysis of new modifications, coding, debugging and unit testing as well as integration of customization with the existing code. Responsible for the automation for various existing jobs which are currently being done manually. Developing new shell scripts and database stored procedures for automation. Responsibilities: Client communication, Back end developer (Java, Struts, Spring, Hibernate), Front End developer (JSP), server management, application server installation and configuration, web server installation and configuration, SSL configuration, Application deployment and continuous support.
