- 2. Role and Responsibilities (as Head Corporate Relations) 1. Leading a team of placement officers and co-ordinating the placement activities for Management and IT students. 2. Organizing and co-ordinating Pool Campus Programs and Campus Recruitment Drives for the placement of students. 3. Providing and arranging the Training / internship program for the students in order to facilitate them the corporate exposure so that they can see and learn about the corporate ethics and work style. 4. Conducting the Personality Development Programs for the student so that they can sharp their skills and become JOB Ready along with Job Fit. 5. Counseling the student so that their doubts related to their career can be resolved. 6. Monitoring the entire Training and Placement program and its effective implementation. 7. Co-ordinating the Alumnus and arranging Annual Alumni Meet so that we can enhance our corporate relation network. 8. Planning budget, Activities related to placement and other so that more and more activities can be planned and organized. 9.
