quality with a strong Product knowledge of all major power train components in vehicle like transmission, engine &
axles. Problem solving using six sigma and statistical control tools is my core competency with immense process
knowledge in gear cutting, machining, heat treatment, grinding and assembly. Highly Capable of project

1. Quality Engineering experience:
I) In-house quality engineering
1. Make Quality Controls standards for each process by identifying the check parameters, frequency &
method of check to avoid defect outflow.
2. Plan & Manage quality engineering system of Issue and Control - Drawings, Toyota Standards, and
Technical Instruction Sheets.
3. Request design team to modify the drawings by releasing engineering change request after analyzing the
manufacturing problems.
4. Capture the change points of amended drawing by design department based on which evaluation plan and
schedule will be prepared for change over.
5. Investigate and solve prioritized quality problem affecting production KPI every month.
6. PPAP Implementation as per ISO 9001 TS16949.
II) Customer Quality Assurance
1. Stratification of Factory claims and Field claims data.
2. Analyze the customer return parts to identify the cause for defect phenomenon and follow up for suitable
countermeasure implementation.
3. Regular communication with deign department to solve warranty problems.
4. Initiate FMEA activity to enhance process quality assurance.
III) Supplier Quality Engineering
1. Ensure supplier defect target of less than 75 PPM is always achieved.
2. Quick problem solving at supplier end by introducing temporary measures to avoid production line
stoppage.
3. Raise Quality Problem Information Sheet (QPIS) to get occurrence and outflow countermeasure after
understanding their root causes respectively.
4. Plan and implement supplier audits to improve supplier systems.
5. Execute process change request done by supplier after evaluation.

IV) Quality Audit
1. Ensure system related quality Audit takes place as per plan.
2. Review the audit results and initiate corrective action for Non-compliance with proper reporting.
2. Project Management experience:
1. Prepare operational plan and ensure project milestones are achieved without any delay.
2. Responsible quality Confirmation of new parts & assembly
3. Procurement and installation of inspection equipment. Modification of Performance tester & shift feel
tester.
4. Product planning and development of gears.
5. Ensure parts quality to meet durability evaluation at design department.
6. Establish noise & shift feel standards of new transmission.
3. Design Experience:
1. Designer for Engine parts of Toyota Etios Gasoline Engine
2. Liaison between design of TMC (Japan) and TKAP (India) to carry out entire engine localization.
3. On Time release of drawing for prototype parts evaluation and mass production.
4. On the job training in all major durability evaluation, reliability evaluation, performance testing of newly
developed engine & product life cycle management
5. Do DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode) for engine mount bracket.
4.Manufacturing Experience:
1. Achieve production by making monthly plan as per requirement.
2. Ability to assemble and dis assemble Transmission & Engine.
3. As an In charge of transmission assembly line & machining line achieve production target with zero
accidents. High level of adherence to safety.
4. Take appropriate countermeasure by analyzing the cause for rework and rejection.
