This document presents a case study of a 38-year-old male patient diagnosed with Raktaj vrana (bleeding wounds). The patient had multiple wounds on his left leg below the knee that bled and caused itching, pain, and occasional rashes. After initial treatment at a private hospital provided no relief, the patient came to MGACH & RC for further management. Through examination and diagnosis, the patient was determined to have pitta-dominant rakta and twacha, mamsa, and lasika dushya involvement. Treatment included internal medications to purify the blood and heal wounds as well as external applications of herbal pastes and oils. After 9 days, leeches were

3. Chief complaints
1. Multiple wound over left leg below knee joint
2. Bleeding
since 2months
3. Itching
4. Pain
5. On and off urticarial rash over some body parts
4. H/o present illness
Patient was well before two months gradully he
has started to appear small postules on left leg
below knee upto ancle joint.
These postules are converted to a fresh blood
ozing wound which are increased day by day.
He has taken treatment in private hospital but
not found any satisfactory relief
Patient came to MGACH & RC for further
mangment.

Family history : not significant
Personal history : patient has habbit of drinking
alcohol min four times in a week .personal
hygiene maintained .
Diet : Nonvegitarian
