Janet brings a level of professionalism and expertise to an organization. She is not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive improvement within an organization. As a Raytheon Six Sigma ?Expert, she was challenged with driving improvement, changing the culture and delivering bottom line results to the business. Janet succeeded in all of these areas. With regards to driving improvement and delivering bottom line results to the business, she took on tough problems head on by ensuring she established a strong case for action, understood the current state and aligned the right stakeholders to drive the improvement. Not only did she get results, she ensured that those results were sustained over time through alignment of key stakeholders and systems of monitoring and measurement. Lastly, she made sure that the achieved results were aligned and tied to bottom line results for the business. Janet is the consummate change agent and uses innovative techniques to create buy-in for change. She took a special interest in teaching employees our process improvement methodology. She also worked with many teams on their improvement projects to help them achieve results that were aligned to the business needs. On one occasion, to help gain buy in from a group that was being impacted by a significant change to the way they worked, she brought in a drum circle to demonstrate the effect the change would have on the flow of what they were doing. Her hands on approach helped align the team and gain buy-in for the change. Janet is a very strong process improvement expert. I would recommend her for any position she chooses to pursue.
