RBC Royal Bank from February 2010 to July 2013. He worked for me as an Assistant Manager of
Product lmplementation, document Risk Control Team at the Global Banking Service Centre in
Toronto. Dorian has been a tremendous asset to the team due to his knowledge, commitment to
his job and a strong dedication.
His responsibilities included but were not limited to managing and coordinating all the activities
involved in the implementation projects of Electronic Cash Management products for RBC's top
tier highly valued clients. Dorian interacted with RBC Relationship Managers, Product 'l
Specialists and clients to obtain the information relevant to each project and to ensure efficient
and effective product enrolment in a timely manner. Key to his role, Dorian organized conference
calls with clients and RBC Product specialists in order to discuss all the technical and operational
aspects of each implementation project. He was responsible for monitoring the progress of each
project and ensuring that all the stages and milestones were completed successfully.
Dorian acted as a Product Operational expert and was the escalation point of contact for Sales
and lnternal Service partners. He assumed ownership and accountability for the resolution of
complex issues and concerns and provided value added input to ensure client experience was a
key factor in day to day business processing, He worked closely with other teams and service
partners including Product Management, and lnformation Technology to capture synergies and
establish effective relationships to enhance customer care strategies and maintain appropriate
service level agreements. Dorian always put all his efforts in providing customers with a superior
customer experience.
