In the first summer, the author worked on projects involving heater bundles and air-powered lifting tools. They learned that safety is the top priority in the nuclear industry. The second summer involved projects tracking reactor parts and uploading documents to a system. This gave the author more independence and accountability. They gained valuable experience working with various groups and companies on challenging long-term projects.

made a mistake I hadto figure outwhat I didwrongand whyitwas wrong.The Reactorstuds,nuts,and
washersprojectwasa trulyunique experience becauseof two reasons.The firstreasonwas that the last
time AREVA didthisprojectwas 23 yearsago so there wasreal challenge intraceabilityandresearch.
The last reasonwasthe experience ininterfacingwithdifferentcompaniesatthe same time aswell as
interfacingwithdifferentgroupsinAREVA.The twocompaniesIinterfacedwithwere PennoyerDodge
and General NuclearCorporation.Myotherprojectwasputtingnew documentsinaprogram called
Documentum.PuttingdocumentsinDocumentumwasveryrewardingasIwas able to deal with
numerousdocumentsandovertime Iwasable to identifycertaindocumentsbasedontheirnumbers.
