Our MissionOur Mission Education is of the utmost importance to the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS速. A pillar of our organization is that our 12,000 members must adhere to a code of ethics and professional standards above norm. A REALTOR速 Subscribes to a Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics established by the National Association of REALTORS速
New MembersNew Members We are averaging approximately 100 new members or more per month, from people re- entering and newly entering the business. This is up from a more typical 60 new members per month.
Real Estate CareersReal Estate Careers It is vital we encourage students to become interested in our industry. On a national scale, only 11 percent of REALTORS速 are under the age of 40, according to the National Association of REALTORS速 2013 Member Profile. That percentage has fallen from 20 percent in 2003. The median age for a REALTOR速 has climbed to 57.
SDARs Educational OfferingsSDARs Educational Offerings Unique Classes: 178 in 2013 Certifications: Average Annual income w/o certifications 28,900.00. Average with certifications 55,578.50. Designations: Average Annual income w/o designations 26,667.00. Average with designations 52,518.75.
