Actively worked with her during her employment at City of Hope. I am the senior Volunteer for
the Southeastern Florida region & in certain projects directed her in my position as National
representative for the Ambassador Leadership Council.
3. What do you consider the applicant’s most outstanding skills, strengths or personal
characteristics?
She is a wonderful project manager and has demonstrated adaptability depending on the
circumstances, and remains cool, collected & pleasant dealing with volunteers (all over 65 years
of age) each of whom believes that their way is the only way.
4. In your opinion, what are the applicant’s areas for growth or improvement?
Senior management
5. Please comment on the applicant’s current and past work or other life experiences which
may impact the applicant’s success in the proposed program of study.
Her ability to work with people of different cultures, to tolerate their opinions & find successful
conclusions to move the projects forward.

I expect her to become the head of the local office & should she be relocate to COH in Duarte, a
senior manager at the national level.

She is USF graduate.
