This document outlines the goals and timeline for the 2019 Reclamation Special for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. The reclamation period will run from January 16, 2019 through January 15, 2020 with a goal of reclaiming 3,000 inactive sorors. Chapters are challenged to reclaim at least 20% of their current membership. Spotlight and recognition will be given to chapters that reclaim 20% or more of their membership. Instructions are provided for chapters to submit photos and videos highlighting their reclamation success stories and best practices.

Reclamation 2019 Remember. Reclaim. Renew.
Reclamation 2019 The Reclamation Special of $100 on the National level will commence on January 16, 2019 and run through January 15, 2020. Reclamation is VITAL to the continued growth of the organization. Therefore it is important that we continue to reclaim our inactive sisters allowing Love to bring them home!

Making Membership Count! In 2015, we made membership count by bringing home 400Sorors during the reclamation period. (January 16, 2015 - March 31, 2015)
Making Reality Happen! In 2016, we made reality happen by bringing 503 Sorors home during the reclamation period. (January 16, 2016 - March 31, 2016)
Leading our Sorors back HOME! In 2017, we lead 449Sorors home during the reclamation period. (January 16, 2017 - March 31, 2017)
Helping sorors find their zeta light! In 2018, we helped 539Sorors find their Zeta Light during the reclamation period. (January 16, 2018 - March 31, 2018)
Love will bring our sorors home! In 2019, our goal is to have love lead 3,000 sorors home to Zeta! (January 16, 2019 - January 20, 2020)

Spotlight Special!!
We want to spotlight Chapters who bring home 20% or more for 2019 Please submit a 3 minute or less video stating why reclamation is important to your chapter and Zeta! Describe your chapters best practices on how they were able to encourage Sorors to come back home.
We want to hear from YOU What type of strategic plan did your chapter use to bring Sorors back home? Have your Reclamation Chair, your First Anti-Basileus, and/or your Membership Committee provide a video discussing how your chapter was successful in bringing home Sorors! Chapter videos will be spotlighted on the National Website in the Reclamation Photo Gallery. Please use one of the following video formats when taping: MP4, MOV (Quick Time), WMV (Windows Media Video or AVI
