To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to recommend Anuar Baitulakov as a strong candidate for a position with your
organization. In his position as a Technical Materials Specialist, Anuar had a 10-week summer
internship in our office from 29th
of May, 2012 to 3rd
of September, 2012. To appreciate his
efforts, Anuar had been offered a full-time position in our Edison leadership program.
Anuar did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our organization during his tenure
with the office and has grown into a productive member of our team. Anuar’s record indicates
that he has achieved the academic work necessary to be competent in a professional environment
set. He had worked closely with many employees here and has excellent verbal communication
skills. Anuar is extremely organized, responsible, can work independently, and is able to
effectively multi-task to ensure that all materials are given out accordingly and are documented
in the database appropriately. Besides the direct responsibilities, Anuar had a great passion to
know more about the locomotives’ maintenance and operations. He had gone on the shop floor
and performed troubleshooting of locomotive’s electrical parts under the supervision of
Technical Leaders using GE instructions; collected fault logs data from locomotive computer,
uploaded to eService tool and performed analysis on electrical fault and worked with Quality
Leader and Technical Directors to determine root causes.
In summary, I want to recommend Anuar as a hard worker with a good attitude and a gentle,
earnest spirit and for the potential he holds. Anuar was always willing to offer his assistance and
had an excellent rapport with the many constituents served by our office including clients and
employers. He would be an asset to any employer and I recommend him highly for any endeavor
he chooses to pursue.
Sincerely,
Gary Shook
