The Captain of the Jackson Township Police Department wrote a letter to thank Craig Mortman and Visual Computer Solutions for implementing their POSS system over a year ago. The POSS system has significantly reduced paperwork demands and workload for the Records Department. It has also decreased the time spent on scheduling, allowing for a more effective use of police resources. The training and support from Visual Computer Solutions was outstanding in tailoring the system to the police department's needs.

Dear Craig, On behalf of myself and the men and women of the Jackson Township Police Department I would like to thank you and your staff at VCS. Since your original presentation over one year ago, until the implementation of the system last year we could not be happier. It has reduced our paperwork demands tremendously and has made the work load for the girls in our Records Department much less time consuming. Your training and support team was outstanding when it came to tailoring the POSS system to fit our needs and are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Since implementing the POSS system we have reduced the time we spend on scheduling which allows for a much more effective and efficient use of our resources.
