Her responsibilities have included the promotion of our newly created French speaking service implemented by Deutsche Bank in Paris to exclusively serve its North African partners and optimize the success of the bank in this region. Fatima Sindibad did add a different perspective to the marketing approach by building a closer and a personal relationship with the North African Financial Institutions. Her Arabic origin and perfect knowledge of the business culture in North Africa Region has contributed a lot in the success of the Maghreb processing centre. Fatima Sindibad has proven to be a reliable employee with excellent communication skills; she can get along extremely well with people of different cultures, backgrounds and levels. She is a resourceful, creative and solution-oriented person who was able to come up with new and innovative approaches to her assigned projects. Fatima has done a wonderful job and I would recommend her for a position into your organisation.
