To Whom it May Concern, Over the past year and a half, I have had the opportunity to work with Patti as she has headed up the Social Media division of the Communications Commission. This position has required Patti to maintain a constant presence on our FaceBook page, scheduling posts as well as keeping the site interactive. Her hard work has paid off as our FaceBook members have quadrupled during her tenure. She also set up our Pinterest page, and keeps Twitter and Instagram running. I am constantly amazed at her knowledge of social media. She has a clear understanding of what drives it and how to use it to enhance our parish and the lives of our parishioners and those beyond our doors. To this point, we even have people from foreign countries following our FaceBook page. Patti is an "out of the box" thinker and her ideas are fresh and effective. She knows how to engage the social media users and keeps them coming back for more. Patti has been an indispensable asset to growing our parish and improving communications in an era where social media is the target vehicle in which to encourage and engage people across all borders. Our plan next year is to integrate basic user courses out of our parish for the older generation that finds social media intimidating. From a marketing perspective, Patti has also proven herself. She has helped us promote events through FaceBook and Google advertising as well as on our Facebook page itself. Her knowledge and ability to execute her ideas has proven invaluable. I would highly recommend her to any company that seeks to maintain their social media sites or would like to heighten their activity and effectiveness.
