She has a good understanding of Network Service Delivery (NSD) and applies the requisite management skill with respect to the delivery of business compliance and risk management for IBM Benelux. I have found Monica to be versatile as well as being recognised as a top performer in IT field by IBM. In turn, Monica has been found to be creative and efficient, leading high performance teams and managing projects successfully e.g. Get to Green, Roadmap to SAT, FICs testing et al, which she has managed successfully and that has brought NSD Benelux compliance posture to Green. Monica has acted as the primary interface between IBM PAN IOT Europe and the NSD Benelux IMT as well as effectively providing the required communication among Senior Management, Executives and SMEs at all levels.
