• Ideally 12 months plus experience within a new business IT recruitment role
• Track record within a new business role of networking clients and winning new vacancies
• Experienced in managing the full recruitment life cycle – you will be responsible for your own
candidate sourcing
• Strong team player – working with others on the team to deliver exceptional service to clients
across multiple vacancies
• Hard working with an ability to drive your own performance
What is on offer?
• £22,000 – £28,000
• Commission up to 30%
