An engineer redesigned a boom plate mast on a superyacht to allow for better mobility and tensioning of the sail while navigating. Measurements were taken to design and implement the redesign since no existing drawings or 3D files were available. The plate was displaced 133mm horizontally in the new design compared to the old design to address issues with the original mast.

of modification and manufacturing
This modification was made because it did not allow mobility and correct tensioning of the sail when the
superyacht was navigating.
To carry out the project, there was that taking all the measurements to design and perform the work, because
I did not have any drawing or file in 3d which helped to carry out it. Here are displayed the design prior and
