During these years I have been the manager for Mr. Reda and observed him on various Technical & IT issues. The work environment was very challenging as the Factory was producing a new product (Gas Water Heaters) and many of the IT infrastructure needed to be initiated or developed. Mr. Reda helped me & the factory extensively not only on managing Technical & IT related issues but also on other matters such as making high quality manual and user guide for the after sales technical services and in giving training to them too. It was also noticed his hard efforts made at the time the factory was having his ISO certification. I was very impressed with Mr. Reda's skillset, mainly: Mr. Reda is capable of putting long hours under high pressure of work and being able to meet goals and target in time with the desirable accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills allowing him to deal professionally, effectively and smoothly with different peoples starting from technicians, mangers and other visitors. Mr. Reda is capable of dealing with many problems faced him in his work and he has some very innovative ideas in all problem solving related matters. Mr Reda is a self-Learner and a highly motivated personal beside his talents and creativity in work related to all tasks given to him in both Technical & IT fileds.
