Tania has supported in a range of classes, both infants and juniors. Tania has in her time here supported groups in class, worked 1:1 with children in all core subjects. She has completed administrative tasks and supported as an extra teaching assistant. Despite working only one day per week she has been able to build professional relationships with the other adults in Year 3 and developed a positive relationship with the children in the class. Miss Da Silva has been especially proactive in supporting Year 3 as her confidence has grown. Tania has always been punctual and has not missed any volunteering days without prior notification.
