BSI was created to help innovators and entrepreneurs grow by offering services. It has built and acquired independent businesses over 14 years, though there was no way to track referrals between them or reward high performers. Referron was developed as a mobile app and website to easily refer, track, measure, and reward referrals between BSI group businesses and external contacts in order to scale referrals. It provides analytics and customization tools to manage the referral process and identify top referrers across an organization.
