REFLECTION
A Gateway To Insight & Wisdom
Thinking gets us only so far.

We must learn to re鍖ect.
Re鍖ection is a relaxed state,

as if we have all the time in the world.
To re鍖ect, sit back and relax.

Staring out over a nice view is helpful.
Re鍖ection does not need to 鍖gure anything out.

It just sits with a subject and

allows thoughts to come and go like rolling clouds.
Insight comes through 姻艶鍖e界岳庄看稼.
Sitting under the cool shade of a tree on a warm summer day
is a great way to begin re鍖ecting.
Watching the summer clouds
for images in the sky

is a great way to re鍖ect.
Sitting in front of the 鍖replace on a cold winters night
is a great way to re鍖ect.
Comfort with silence is essential to 姻艶鍖e界岳庄看稼.

Casual conversation with long periods of silence

is a lovely way to re鍖ect.
Some of our deepest thoughts
and insights

come to us through 姻艶鍖e界岳庄看稼.
Taking time to re鍖ect heals the soul.
Re鍖ection can be like balm on a wound.
Re鍖ection is a gateway to wisdom.
Great teachers re鍖ect with the group.
The Art of Re鍖ection is the Art of Wisdom.

Let thoughts go.

Allow them to settle and rest deep within your soul.

Then just see what re鍖ects back, into your mind.
