17. Food Services and Distribution Guidelines
To ensure efficiency in food
distribution, food stubs will be
distributed attached to the
conference IDs/badges. Participants
are expected to wear their IDs and
present their food stubs for marking
by the food servers when queueing in
the food stations.
There will be food stations in each of
the billeting schools to serve
breakfast and dinner. Snacks and
lunch will be served in the venues
through delegation meal coordinators
of the different SDOs.
Each SDO is advised to assign two
meal coordinators who will receive
special meal stubs for them to receive
snacks and lunch to be distributed in
the venues.
VIP food servers shall serve the meals
of the VIPs on tables in a separate
food station at Maddela CHS.

19. REGISTRATION CONCERNS
Registration booths will be
available in the billeting
schools on Day 0.
Distribution of conference
kits and jackets will be
through the RFPs on Day 0.
Conference ambassadors will
be assigned to each
delegation to monitor
registration.
Duly registered participants
will be endorsed to the
billeting coordinators for
housing.
Once onsite, kindly refer
concerns on payment and
receipts to the registration
committee only.
For other concerns, kindly
seek the assistance of our
conference ambassadors on
duty.
20. Health and Safety
To assist the management in
ensuring the safety of participants
during the conference, curfew hours
will be imposed in all billeting
schools.
Emergency contact numbers are printed
at the back of your conference IDs, in
the conference materials, and are also
posted in the billeting quarters.
Aside from the participants service
vehicles, billeting schools will provide
shuttle services to ferry participants to
and from the conference venues based
on the schedule of the conference
activities.
Participants with existing health
conditions (hypertension, diabetes,
etc) are advised to bring their own
medicines/ paraphernalia as
prescribed by their doctors.
