Religion is not defined by external practices like attending church or wearing certain clothing, but rather by one's internal perception and realization of God. True religion comes from opening the heart and directly experiencing the divine, not from superficial outward displays alone.
2. The whole of religion is our
own inner perception
3. Religion is not going to church, or
putting marks on the forehead, or
dressing in a peculiar fashion; you may
paint yourselves in all the colors of the
rainbow, but if the heart has not been
opened, if you have not realized God, it
is all vain.
