REEL TECH TECHNOLOGY(Summary) 5.1 Prevention of electric shock : When lifter is descending, the electricity is shut off automatic because of separated upper & lower electrical contact. 5.2 Prevention of falling accident : You can maintain light fixtures on the ground place using REEL TECH technology. (Easy to operate using remote control unit.) 6. Basic Conditions 6.1 Product Guarantee : 5years from the date of shipment. 6.2 Return Policy : Supply new product(replacement) - needed to figure it out malfunction cause 6.3 Delivery & Payment Term : F.O.B condition, T/T in advance before shipping 7.
