Remove jewelry clothes or any other things that might interfere with the scan You are dressed in a flowy and comfortable gown You will be asked to your lie down on your stomach and the ultrasound gel is applied to your body The Transducer, the device which sends ultrasound wanes will be sent into the patients body The sound waves will reflect the images of your organs and these will be stored digitally to undergo examination
