REPAIR POLICY



Sales of Goods Act

Returns policy - If you change your mind about your purchase,
please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt
within 7 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your
right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation
where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. In the case of Goods
which are made and supplied to your speci铿乧ation or which have
been personalised for you, you will not have the right to cancel the
Contract.

Repair policy - If any damage occurs to your product, within the
铿乺st six months of your purchase, the person who covers the cost
of the repair will depend on the cause of the damage, whether this
is due to a manufacturing fault or customer misuse. In any event
of damage, we would require you to return the item to us, for as-
sessment by our our manufacturers. We would then discuss with
you the outcome of the assessment and cause of damage and
costs involved, before any work was completed. We would require
you to cover all costs in returning the item to us for assessment.
This would be refunded if we are able to cover the costs of the re-
pair.
We endevour to keep any repair jobs to a minimum and low
cost.
