The team evaluated the assessment process. Some surveys are still in
progress due to missing answers. About the LTTA Camp kids survey
(Navas, May 2016), some critical points were enhanced; it was
proposed to adjust them by the next analogous action (Gemona May
2018 Camp). The TPM in Greece assessment will be available and sent
via e_mail.

The team agreed on the following points:
When: May, Sunday 13th - Saturday 19th. The teams could be taken,
from Venice/Treviso airport to Gemona by bus according to arrivals
time. Bus booking by the Italians
Who: Austria 4/5 pupils 2 teachers - Catalonia 8/10 pupils, 3 teachers
 Germany 8/10 pupils, 3 teachers; Wales 6/8 pupils, 2/3 teachers 
Greece 4 pupils, 2/3 teachers. Total about 37 pupils, 14 teachers.
Staying/accommodation: Willy Hotel, - www.hotelwilly.com (via
Bariglaria Gemona). It will be booked by the Italians; rooms to by
defined and communicated to the partners in spring 2018  Hotel Cost
 breakfast included- around 25  per person.
Costs: max amount 300  bus included
What activities: on Wed 16 and Thu 17 Lignano and its surroundings
visit and, possibly, sand castles. Overnight in Lignano.
Agreed activities: workshop to create: one or more souvenirs about
Gemona Castle; posters to advertise the Market; label completing; final
Market preparation. The Dictionary action could be lunched in
Gemona.
The Camp program is in progress and will be shared in Spring 2018.
The names of the participants will be communicated by the partners to
the hosting team by the end of March.

1. Identity cards. Send them to Fina via mail in a photo ( 6-8 ID
cards on each photo)
2. Tagxedo ( volunter ) describing personal habilities to be a
member of the cooperative.
3. Election campaign. Each country uploads on election
campaign page a collage and other info about the campaign
and new elected members. Send the name of Presidents,
secretaries and treasurer to Fina to rewrite the statutes.
December
1. Live event in December with some countries. Christmas carols,
Xmas wishes, poems .
2. Investment, each country discusses with kids how much
money to invest each one. Each secretary of each country writes
a report. Send the report via PDF to Fina and we will create an
ebook .
January
1. Prototypes design. Each students creates a design with a
chart: name of prototype, image, material, time to make it,
expenses, suggested price, author.
2. Exhibition at schools
February
1. Voting prototypes, each country votes 10 best prototypes.
2. Coordinators live event, 15 th February. 18h Brussels time
3. Market study get 5 final prototypes, upload them on Padlet
twinspace 20- 28 February
4. 28 February max, each country votes the final 30 protoypes
from 1 to 5
March
1. 1,2nd March: Winner prototypes, upload them on a Padlet
2. 5th -9th March: Tutorials , each country prepares tutorials 30-
45 ( PPT, video, videoconference )

KCC Twinspace

During the meeting the responsible for the twinspace platform
suggested to the partners the tools to be used in order to increase the
communication and the collaboration between pupils and teachers.
We decided to encourage pupils to leave comments below the posts in
the project journal as well as messages in their partners profiles.
We also decided to open forums and encourage pupils to create
threads.
We planned to organise:
 an online event through eTwinning live before Christmas to
share wishes and sing Christmas carols
 A chat through eTwinning live to encourage pupils participate
in a discussion with their partners
 An online event through eTwinning live on Thursday 15
February for the coordinators to discuss about the project (
18:00 CET)
 A possible online event through eTwinning live on Thursday 3
May for the coordinators to discuss possible issues before the
LTTA camp (18:00CET)
We decided to create the following pages and subpages:
1. Telling the castle (main page) with a short introductory note
Subpages for each country to upload there the products of the first
year while presenting their castles
2. Hands on the castle (main page) with an introductory note and
then the following subpages:
 Prototypes: six padlets (one for each country) to upload 10
designs, a google form for the participants to vote (giving points
from 1-5) and then the final Padlet to upload the 2 winner
prototypes from each country
 Hands on action: each country will upload tutorials of how to
create the products collage of photos (from each country) while
creating the products
 KCC marketing: each country will upload the advertisements
(short videos and posters) they will use to advertise the
products
3. Election campaign (main page) with a short introductory note
and then the subpages:
 Election campaign 2016-17 (transfer in here all the material
produced during the first year)
 Election campaign 2017-18 (upload in here all the material
which will be produced during the second year)
4. Multilingual dictionary (main page) Italy will suggest ten
words. Each country should teach these ten words, take photos during
the lesson, make a photo collage. During the LTTA Camp in Italy a
workshop will be held for pupils to record their voices and upload
them in an online map.
5. LTTA camp in Italy (subpage) to upload all the preparations
and the results of the meeting.
Finally to put the pupils assemesnts and the logos assessments in the
proper pages in the twinspace.

marketing by the
expert Leonidas
Skerletopoulos
Talk by the expert Leonidas Skerletopoulos (from the Evros Champer)
regarding marketing and communication how to effectively promote
an idea of product.
He talked about the difference between Consumer and Customer -
Who buys/Who uses. He gave the 5 key points in a marketing strategy:
identify the need and audience; know the stakeholders; identify
available resource; proposed impact of product; sustainability.
