¡°We have trialed it this year with Year 9 and, given its success, we would like to roll it out across all KS3 to replace all homework. Furthermore, Bedrock have developed further 'blocks' for KS4 (one which is specific to English linguistic and literary terms - a huge part of the new spec) and a further one to help students with vocabulary across the curriculum. They also have blocks aimed at primary school (KS2) ¡­¡± @K_Ellarby ¡°I'm currently marking for AQA and it's very apparent that many students have the skills but are unable to access the vocabulary within the texts. To help with this further, with this package, Bedrock will deliver 2 x 1 hour CPD sessions focusing on research, the link between language learning and socio-economic background and practical ideas to teaching vocabulary. The follow up session with be tailored to us as a school and will focus on consistency. ¡°
