- 1. Research Effects This is a vintage looking effect made by using a high contrast. I really like this effect as it gives it a nostalgic feel and makes it look more authentic. Along with this it is just a simple way to make a video look a lot more interesting. This effect is green screening, where footage is taken behind a green screen and then that colour can then be cut out easily and something else put in its place. It can also be done with items if they are painted the exact colour and they can then be cut out to create the effect of something being missing. Key framing is something that I am really interested in as it looks amazing and if used properly can really create a good effect although if not used properly it can look a little tacky. Once you have the images you need it is really easy to do and will help to create the random effect that I want within my own video.
