SPIRITUALITY IN NURSING STUDIES:: Medical Healthcare and Nursing Students have to understand and implement SWB concepts. - Required in Nursing Studies - Study as one of human well- being - One aspect of healthcare service - WHO¡¯s Goal of healthcare ¡°Someone in Somewhere¡±
DEFINITION DILEMMA:: Until today, there is no universally accepted scientific definition of spirituality and no consensus concerning its significance on research and health (Cobb & Robshaw, 1998; Moberg, 2002).

RESEARCH QUESTION:: What are the researcher¡¯s definitions of ¡°Spiritual Well-Being¡±? in healthcare and nursing studies After WHO¡¯s the post-2015 development agenda
HOW TO DEFINE THE DEFINITIONS:: Used Researcher¡¯s Instrument dimensions
METHODOLOGY :: ? A systematic Review (2015 ¨C 2017) ? 2S databases were searched. Boolean Logic Technique was used with word identified ¡°Spiritual Well-Being¡± on the research title
RESULTS:: Total: 12 studied articles 9 retrieved instruments 23,420articles ¡®spiritual¡¯ 22,336 articles ¡®spiritual¡¯ AND Well Being 28 articles with clearly word ¡°SWB¡± on the tittle 13 articles not related to nursing and healthcare 2 articles not English 1article same in another journal

RESULTS:: 9 types of instruments name number of use SWBs 27% QLQ 6% RA 6% FACIT-Sp12 27% Steinhauser 6% JAREL 7% SCCS 7% SAIL 7% SSCRS 7% INSTRUMENTS SWBs 4 QLQ 1 RA 1 FACIT-Sp12 4 Steinhauser 1 JAREL 1 SCCS 1 SAIL 1 SSCRS 1
RESULTS:: Interesting Results from 3 articles study in Muslim: 1 article used only Quality of Life Questionnaire. 2 articles used SWBs in cancer patients. But another articles defined to use FACIT- Sp12 with non-Muslim cancer patients.

DISCUSSION & SUGGESTION:: Spiritual Well-Being Quality of Life But Spiritual Well-Being can be represented of Quality of Life (Unterrainer, Lewis, & Fink, 2014)
DISCUSSION & SUGGESTION:: Put the right man on the right job Researchers have to ¡°Put the right tool to the right man¡±. Elderly In-out Patients Underlying Illness Culture ¨C Language Differences Primitive Care Researcher¡¯s purpose (Lucchetti et al., 2013; Visser, Garssen, & Vingerhoets, 2016)
