This document provides the results of a language assessment test for an individual named Tsvetan Sirakov. The assessment was in English and determined their level to be C2, which is described as the highest level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). At this level, one can understand virtually any form of written or spoken language with ease. The individual's detailed competencies were assessed as the highest level for reading comprehension, listening comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and understanding of socio-linguistic and cultural implications. The results do not prevent the individual from participating in Erasmus+ mobility programs.

The results of your language assessment do not prevent you from taking part in the Erasmus+ mobility. The results according to the CEFR are accessible to you and your Higher
Education sending institution or EVS coordinating organisation. For Higher Education students, the results are not communicated to the receiving institution/ organisation. For EVS
volunteers, the results are not communicated to the other organisation(s) in your project. However, you are free to send the results to them.
At the end of your Erasmus+ mobility period, you will be required to complete another language assessment to check the progress made in your language competences during your
stay abroad. The European Commission uses aggregated data of the language assessment results for statistical purposes.
