BAU (Business as Usual) Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing Problem and Incident / Service call management.
• Supporting more than 1000+ Email servers.
• Platform administration, E-mail management and Hardware support.
• Maintaining File System: Creating, Checking, Repairing and monitoring the file system
usage.
• Monitoring system memory utilization and customizing SWAP file system.
• Raising Hardware cases with HP and performing HDD, NIC &HBA card replacement.
