     Encouraging distributors to participate in Local Festival Melas for effective contact with
        consumers
Market Hygiene:
     Ensure Minimum Product complaint by efficient monitoring of retail and distributors
     Ensure timely settlement of PCF at retail level
     Ensure prompt attendance of consumer complaints
Training:
     Impart training and develop skills of distributor sales men
