o Controls Projects are ranging from University Buildings, Defence Building to Hospital.
o Generating the HW Submittal documentation for the Controls Design as per Industry/ Branch
standards which includes Equipment Sequence of Operation (SOP), Field Equipment Wiring and
schedules, Bill of Materials (BOM) for all Controls Equipment.
o Programming Building Management Systems Controllers as per the SOP.
o Training and Mentoring the Newer recruits in the operation of HVAC equipment such as Chillers, Air
Handling Units (AHU)
o Project Management of projects with minimum PO cost of 2000 $.
o Proposed an idea Plug and Play controllers for our Annual Tech day event TECHNO-VATE.
Shortlisted from a pool of 100+ ideas, the working POC was presented to international industry
innovators. The idea is undergoing Non-provisional patenting under US Patent Law. Only 2 ideas were
patented this year in India.
